Combining a heirarchy of gestures with simple sinewave synthesis to create a Canyon Wren chirp and other sounds like it.

Duration                           - of the entire gesture
Base Duty Cycle               - the baseline proportion of the inter-chirp-interval taken up by a chirp
Base Chirp Rate               - the baseline number of chirps per second
Chirp Rate Range Factor  - The bigger this number, the greater the difference in chirp rate between the beginning and end of the gesture
Gain                                 -  Gain
 

Note: You can use an external MIDI slider box for control - settings under the Options menu.
