Parameters:

Control Frequency       - An "blackboard" oscillator from which internal parameters periodically pluck their values (usually at a much slower rate than the Control Frequency.

Pulse Rate                    - the pulse rate of the "pluck" signal,
Play Probablity            - the probability of actually plucking on a given pulse,
